and to appeal bans you believe were issued by mistake.
We do not shorten temporary bans.
If you think your ban was a mistake, you will need to provide clear and credible evidence.
Do you know what we actually expect from you?
"Sorry" alone means nothing to us.
We want to see that you genuinely understand what you did, why it was wrong, how you came to that realization, and most importantly how you have changed since then.
Show us growth, not just regret.
Be honest with yourself: were you just banned?
Look, we've seen countless appeals written five minutes after a ban - they're never good.
If you just got banned, take a breath. Sleep on it. Think about what actually happened.
A well-thought-out appeal beats a rage-fueled one written right now. Do it properly.
Were you banned for X-ray? Don't bother lying.
Our anti-cheat system does not produce false positives, and we keep detailed logs and evidence.
You didn't "just get lucky while mining". Nobody "dropped you those ores".
And if your excuse is that it was for singleplayer or another server - we don't care. It was on your computer, three clicks away from being active. If you don't want to get banned, don't have cheats installed.
Are you aware that without a Discord username, you probably won't hear back from us?
If you don't provide a Discord username that is a member of our server, the chances of us reaching out to you are very low.
Double check your spelling, or even better, copy the username from your profile.
If you are banned on Discord, or don't use Discord at all, mention this in your request.
Do you understand that lying in this form will make things worse for you?
If we catch you lying anywhere in this appeal - and we usually do - your ban will be extended.
Don't waste our time and don't try to play us for fools.
Building a web of lies that you have to maintain for months or years is not worth it. Just take the hit, own up to what you did, deal with the consequences, and move on with life.
